On departure day I rented another golf cart back to airport with our stuff, and then returned to walk with the girls.
Since we set out in the morning, we avoided the heat, and we also managed to walk on a much more shaded road back to the airport.
I loaded up the airplane while Katherine fed Violet in the terminal.
We made the relatively short flight to Pittsburgh. Weather would not be a concern all day.
Atlantic AGC was nice enough to allow us to take the crew car for around 4 hours, which allowed us ample time to get lunch in the city. While Katherine fed Violet, I ran some errands with the crew car and bought a new stroller fan at Target since our previous one had inexplicably died in Put-in-Bay. We drove to the city and had awesome falafel and walked across one of the bridges, before heading back.
The airport was sort of unusual in that there was an evidently very old cemetery directly next to the airport fence, which I have never seen before.
